13. MARBURG INSOLVENZ RIGHTS DAY
On 23.05.2019 the 13th Marburg insolvency law day took place in Marburg. The Marburg insolvency law day is organized annually by the lawyer Manfred Kuhne from the insolvency administrator Kuhne + Partner. It is aimed at insolvency administrators, judges, Rechtspfleger, lawyers as creditor representatives, bank representatives, tax offices, social security funds, accountants and tax consultants and consultants in the crisis of the company.
Lawyer Torsten Steinwachs, business mediator (University of A. Science) and managing partner of BMS gave a lecture on the topic “Special features of building insolvency from the perspective of an administrator and creditors”.

On 18/19 May 2017, the 18th Lawyer Torsten Steinwachs and Mrs. Jerneitzig hold an in-house training in a local insolvency administrator office with the topic “Die Bauinsolvenz / Fortführung / Massemehrung / Bauavale”.
18TH ANNUAL INSOLVENCY LAW CONGRESS
On 18/19 May 2017, the 18th Jahreskongress Insolvenzrecht took place in Potsdam. The congress is targeted universally at managers and specialists in the fields of legal, restructuring and liquidation from Sparkasse savings institutions, banks, credit institutions and law firms, insolvency administrators and representatives from municipalities and government agencies.
Torsten Steinwachs, managing director and German lawyer, spoke on the subject of “Bonds in the Context of Corporate Customer Insolvency”.
GERMAN INSOLVENCY LAW CONFERENCE 2016
From 09 to 11 March 2016, specialists for insolvency law met in Berlin. With approximately 1000 participants, the annual Deutscher Insolvenzrechtstag conference constitutes a nationwide plenum for everyone in the judiciary, science, politics and press, dealing with insolvency law issues, and naturally also for insolvency lawyers and insolvency administrators. BMS was able to make new contacts and consolidate existing ones.
BMS was represented at the reorganisation conference “Sanierungskonferenz 2015” at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg on the topic “Recent Developments in Restructuring and Reorganisation Practice”. With more than 400 participants, the conference has become an established event in the schedules of restructuring experts. BMS has been able to establish new contacts, and has already been entrusted with new tasks.
